中国（广东）国际旅游产业博览会是由国家旅游局和广东省人民政府共同主办的国家级博览会，“旅博会”及其前身——广东国际旅游展览会，已成功举办八届。2012年中国（广东）国际旅游产业博览会取得巨大的成功，中共中央政治局委员、广东省委汪洋书记、中国国家旅游局邵琪伟局长和国内外旅游高级官员500多名出席了开幕式。展览面积共10万平方米、标准展位5000个，总面积和展位数分别比上届增加了42.8%和66.7%。展会期间共吸引观众超过50万人次，比上届将近翻了一番，其中共吸引专业买家8万人次，比上届增长近2倍，其间签订协议、意向和合同总金额合计1172.29亿元，比上届增长216%。
2013中国（广东）国际旅游产业博览会定于8月29日至9月1日在中国广州进出口商品交易会展馆A区隆重举行，为整个旅游产业链上的更多企业参会参展提供更加广阔的空间。举办各种反映旅游发展新趋势新潮流的专业主题推介会、研讨会、论坛等活动，为与会者献上睿智而精彩的思想盛宴；举办旅游文化艺术节、旅游美食节、旅游购物节，为公众送上欢乐健康的旅游交易嘉年华；拓展国际高端旅游市场参展商，组织更多更大的专业买家团队、为专业人士搭建更加高端的交流合作平台，创造合作发展、友谊共赢的商机。

China (Guangdong) International Tourism Industry Expo is a national expo jointly hosted by the National Tourism Administration of the People"s Republic of China and the People"s Government of Guangdong Province. CITIE and its predecessor -- Guangdong International Tourism Exhibition, have been held successfully for 8 years. In 2012,China (Guangdong) International Tourism Industry Expo has been a treat success. Mr. Wang Yang, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee lf CPC and Secretary of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee. Mr. Shao Qiwei, Director of National Tourism Administration of PRC and more than 500 domestic and international tourism senior officials attended the Opening Ceremony. CITIE 2012 has 100,000 square meters" exhibition area and 5,000 standard booths. The total area and booths number separately increases 42.8% and 66.7% over the previous year.
China (Guangdong) International Tourism Industry Expo 2012 is scheduled to take place from September 14th to 16th at Zone A, China Import and Export Fair Exhibition Hall, Guangzhou,China,with a total area of 100,000 square meters and 5,000 booths to provide a broader space for more corporations in the chain of the tourism industry to participate and exhibit. Professional theme promotions, seminars, forums and other activities reflecting the new trend and new fashion of tourism development will be organized to offer wise and wonderful thought feast for participants; “Tourism Culture and Art Festival”,“Tourism Food Festival” and “Tourism Shopping Festival” will be organized to bring a happy and healthy “Tourism Trade Carnival” for the public; The exhibitors from international high-end tourism market will be expanded, more larger professional buyers groups will be organized to build more high-end exchange and cooperation platform, to create business opportunities of cooperation and development, friendship and win-win relationship for professionals.
